1. Make sure you have a Candleinn jar. Our refills are designed to fit Candleinn jars only.
They are intended for candle use only (not food-safe).

2. Check your jar for cracks or damage. If you notice any cracks or damage, do not use the jar — replace it instead.

3. Remove the old wax. Once the candle is completely unlit and cooled, pour hot water over the remaining wax to loosen it, then remove the wax layer along with the wick sticker. Make sure all wax residue, soot, and scent oils are fully cleaned
before reuse. Improper cleaning can create a fire hazard or cause contamination. Make sure the jar is at room temperature before pouring in hot
water — sudden temperature changes can cause the glass to crack.

4. Dry the jar completely, leaving no damp areas. Do not put it in the dishwasher.

5. Place your refill into the jar, centering
it with the wick facing upward.
